Our Commitment Under Consumer Law
At Furriko, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your Rights
Under the Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Is not of acceptable quality (not safe, durable, or free from defects)
- Does not match the description or sample provided
- Is unfit for its intended purpose
Change of Mind Returns
We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. However, we offer a 14-day change of mind return on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in these cases.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email] within 30 days of receiving your order with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if faulty or damaged)
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items not in their original packaging
Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
